Design And Implementation Of Optical Transmission Data Analysis System

Transmission network is the basis of the whole communication network. Rely on Element Management System of transmission equipment manufacturers, transmission facility are maintained and managed by telecom operators. When the maintenance and optimization staff of transmission network use OTNM2000 to carry out the work, such as routing query, device information and statistics, analysis of topology, analysis of Port statistical, group road slot inquiry statistics, and IP address lookup and switching statistics, they could only work manually, and need professional expertise and experience, not only they have much work, but also it is time-consuming and inefficiency. With the overwhelmingly increasing scale of the network, ONTM2000 has become more and more insufficiency of function.Considering insufficiency of function of OTNM2000, and actual needs of the maintenance and optimization staff, Hunan Mobile developed the optical data analysis system (OTDAS). This paper introduces background of the project and purpose of the research, explains clearly necessity of this project through analyzes development status of the transport management system; Hunan Mobile developed the optical data analysis system through analyzes shortcoming of OTNM2000, system model has been delimited, system requirement has been analyzed, various functions of the optical data analysis system has been designed and the effect of system application has been expounded, finally the OTDAS has been summarized, and developing direction has been look ahead.This paper expounds the function of circuit routing query, through the computer simulation, analyze the device, topology and intersect, finally interleaved routing and port routing could be finished by software, the result could be export by human interface or statistical returns.As a useful complement to the ONTM2000, optical data analysis system provides a powerful tool to the maintenance and optimization staff.
