Against this background, the telcom operators to customers in the heated competition for the distict will be fierce, who can meet diverse business requirements of customer, who will win more customers. And it is important and decisive factors to telcom operators that fast and accurate opening of business development and support of business fast and accurate allocation of resources. With beginning of the all business, especially extension of new 3G network and business, complexity of business and network resource management will be geometric growth. So, We need automated system to manage network resource accurately and refinedly, but for traditional system, almost all work and process are manual, it not only needs much effort, but also data accuracy is not reached, data naming and process is very disordered, it can not be managed systematically, and with explosion of network and new business, telcom operators can't accept it, so for this situation, we need a new and inteligent system to manage network resource systematically, and provide standard data process flow management, automation of data collection, integration of data naming, and data modeling.Reference to telcom business architecture this system is located in telcom network resource management of telcom OSS, as core sub system of resource management system. Network resource collection is key funactionality of the system. So far, we have second version, for the first version, it is focus on data collection from telcom network management system and element management system, based on various NB1 of thess telcom system, we need to develop varied collector to collect data, and manage these data in our system. Now, it is version 2, we enhanced data collector for existing inventory system, and data reconcilation from different system. Compared with prior version, new system has more data collector, and data reconcilation is supported for different system, and manages telcom resource data in; system.From funcationality architecture view of system, system has data handling module, data collectiong module, data presentation module, and data supplier model. Data collectior layer is focus on data collection from different Data Source, Element management, networl management. For data handling, it handles raw data following defined data model, and resul modeled data. System use ETL tools to parse and handle raw data dynamically, it is only configuration of JavaScript to complete flexiable data collection and handling. Data presentation module is to provide visual view to present data, including different data view presentation, collected data presentation, collection report and handling report. Data supplie(?) is to provide standard interface to external system, and system has TMF OSS/J interface foi external system, only implement these interfaces to get data.From technology architecture vew, system is based on J2EE architecture, built in JBOSS. We have also 3 parts for data collection, data transformation and data presentation Data presentation takes popular B/S architure, and use SSH (STRUCTS, SPRING anc HIBERATE) to do flexible development and customization of web page. Data collection anc transformation is core layer of system, it uses J2EE EJB, and build in JBOSS, and deployed in UNIX server. Database is ORACLE.Data modeling is key component of system, all data model inherit from TMF SID System has source data model and target data model, according to different Data source and target system, refer to TMF SID and canonical data model of system, client needs to define required source target data model, all model are XML file, it can be define flexible.So far, this system has already been applied in ShenZhen mobile, LiaoNing mobile.
