Research And Development, Vocational School Teachers Teaching Evaluation System Based On Asp.net

Since the beginning of the 20th century, the vocational education has been developing rapidly. To assure the continuously improvement of the teaching quality in vocational education, the vocational education institutions have established a quality assurance and monitoring system.Teaching Quality Evaluation is an important means of the teaching quality management. To build a scientific, systematic and effective teaching quality evaluation system and operational mechanism is of great significance to the strengthening of the quality of higher education and the improvement of the quality of teaching.This study is based on fair, scientific, feasible, operational and comprehensive principle, presents a design of my college teachers Teaching Quality Evaluation system, including the evaluation from students, faculty leaders and the teaching secretaries. Supported by expert advices and trustworthy statistics, it exhibits the reasonable evaluation indicators and their weights. The opening of an interactive platform realizes the unity of summative assessment and formative evaluation, which is convenient for the evaluators, including students, teaching academic staff, faculty leadership, etc. to make a fair assessment of the teaching of every teacher. According to the results of all the feedback information, teachers may understand their level of teaching in a more comprehensive, more in-depth way. Teachers can also learn about their strengths and weaknesses and take practical measures to improve their teaching. It is conducive for the teaching management to know about the teaching work of the teachers in a fast, effective, comprehensive and systematic way, highlighting the centrality and the function of teaching. The application of the system will make the management of vocational teaching become more scientifc and reasonable.This paper begins with requirement analysis, redesigns a set of teaching assessment indicators including student evaluation,peer evaluation and expert evaluation.develop the system in strictly accordance with the planning of software engineering process which ensuring the stability and maintainability,scalability of this system.The system to the current software development and application of software engineering theory as a guide,using the prototyping and object-oriented development method,in combination with the design of a multi-layer architecture,database and other fields technology.Using.NET as a development platform,Visual Studio.NET 2005 as development environment,ASP.NET,C# provided by Microsoft as programming language, with the help of the methods of system programming, SQL Server 2000 as database of the teaching quality evaluation and then to realize the Teaching Quality Evaluation System, which is based on the B/S Structure.The using of multi-layer architecture provides users with a friendly graphical interface,better maintainability, security and stability.The evaluation system interface is intuitive, easy to operate, stable, safe and reliable.
