With the rapid development of China mobile communication industry, more and more communication base stations are built for service. At the same time, with the improvement of equipment automation, intelligent, professional and systematic, device management has become more sophisticated. The traditional management model is no more suitable to the requirement of modern management. Improving equipment efficiency and achieving the informatization of equipment management have become an important way to improve equipment management level and competitiveness.Mobile base station equipment management system is a system that based on the requirement of base station maintenance which quantify and analysis the original data collected from equipment maintenance records, equipment curriculum vitae cards, and cost investigation. In order to better understand the distribution of base station, it also introduces GIS technology to present them in the map. The content of this paper includes but not limited to section management, base station configuration management, device records management, overhaul plan management, maintenance program management, worker group management, work sheet management, user privilege management, data management and so on.During the design and implementation of .NET-based mobile communication base station equipment management system, this thesis applied agile development model. Good platform architecture had been built in with ASP.NET platform, MVC design model and a variety of other design patterns. SQL Server 2005 had been chosen for data storage and management. The system configuration information was stored in XML file format, which made the whole system scalability, high-reliability with quickly processing speed. System had been divided into distinct modules with low coupling and high coherent. Object-oriented programming design, layered software architecture, good database design techniques and implementation ensure the implementation of the system as expect.Finally, use the strict software testing technology to make sure the correctness, stability and practicability of this management system. The reality result shows this management system truly improve the efficiency and capacity of Mobile base station devices.
