. Palm vein recognition is a new biometric identification. The imaging quality of palm vein plays a key role to the extraction of palm vein feature and the system recognition rate. The content of the topic is researching the imaging device of the palm vein, it can acquire and display the palm vein, the research of topic has important significance.Learn about the latest development of the palm vein recognition and the market demand of the palm vein's recognition device. And further analysis of the inland and foreign acquisition and recognition system. Palm vein acquisition is divided into contact and non-contact acquisition. Contact acquisition is more used, owing to the constraint of the contact acquisition's condition and the complex of the operation. The non-contact acquisition of the article referred can solve the problem out of the consideration of the safety and health.In this paper, we discuss and study a kind of non-contact palm vein imaging device. At first, we research and analysis the stability of the non-contact. Calculating the relative stability and the influence of the recognition rate based on the contact. It draws a conclusion which is the rationality and feasibility of the non-contact acquisition. According to the research of the principle of palm vein imaging and the experiment which is use the spectrograph to measure palm vein sensitive absorption wavelength.Finally, it selects the near infrared led which wavelength is 850nm as the active light source. It designs a surface array light resource which is based on the line shape as the basic unit through the analysis of the effect on imaging, this way has large brightness and strong light can arrive at subcutaneous tissue, so it can collect the palm vein through the camera. Meanwhile, uses the OV7410 camera with high sensitivity and aperture value of 2.8 with a focal length of 8mm lens. In order to avoid visible light on imaging effect, an optical infrared filter was mounted in front of the camera's lens, which can filter out the interference of visible light. In the paper, a palm vein collection and recognition system base on DM6446 is designed. It has double processor integration of the ARM and DSP. It studies and develops the image processing and displaying system based on the DM6446. The system can realize functions that image processing used by DSP, image controlling and displaying used by ARM and the communication between ARM and DSP. The system achieved image acquisition, processing and display, achieved the desired results. The system achieved image acquisition, processing and display, achieved the desired results. At the same time, the system can acquire full palm vein imaging which can provide the platform for hand-shape recognition and more hand modal characteristics identification.
