The satellite TV receiving system basing on panel antenna for vehicle is a system using technology of panel antenna and receiving stable satellite television programs at anytime, anywhere while driving; it meets people's demands for recreation when they are on a trip.This topic designed and developed stable control platform based on panel antenna, which ensures accuracy alignment of antenna by effectively isolate deviations of antenna direction caused by vehicle disturbances, guaranteeing the stable receiving of the satellite TV signals.Firstly, the overall system structure is given by this paper, panel antenna and control mode of two axes stable platform are discussed and chosen, core components are selected, control method based on gyro's closed-loop feedback and AGC signal based step tracking is designed, stable control indexes facing satellite TV for Vehicle are proposed;Then, according to the missions of initial state alignment and stable tracking of the system, calculation formula of initial state alignment and attitude algorithm with carrier turbulence are deduced, smart partition PID control algorithm is designed and Analyses realization of this algorithm in pitch system is shown and the rationality of the algorithm is verified through simulation;Hardware system based on F2812DSP is worked out, including main control unit, sensor module(GPS, electronic compass and gyro)circuit, AGC signal module circuit, antenna beam control module, azimuth and pitching motor driven circuit and the wireless module circuit. The design of hardware circuit and working principle of functions modules are both specified;Software system design is completed, the control process is divided into initial state alignment and stable tracking two parts, the detail working process and principle of both rough alignment and extractive alignment are given. In the idea of modular, controller initialization, GPS, electronic compass, gyro communication, motor servo control and extractive alignment based on AGC signal, monitor module are all developed. Monitoring interfaces is also given.Finally, preliminary system debugging in combine of software and hardware is carried out, and debugging results are presented.
