Recently technologies of location-based services are growing fast, however, the indoor positioning system is still far from outdoor positioning technologies, especially in the mine environment. This paper studies a number of wireless senor network technologies and wireless positioning algorithms, and designs a positioning and monitoring security system for mine environment. The main work of this article is:1) Clustering-based Kalman filter:signal attenuation cannot be in accordance with the results in the ideal space because of the signal multipath effects. The filter is designed to reduce the impact of multipath effects to improving accuracy.2) Sub-attenuation modeling:in the mine environment, signals may easy to not act in line with the law of decay of the ideal attenuation model; this paper presents a segmentation of the attenuation model and uses experimental data to analysis, compare these two models.3) Improved triangulation algorithm:triangulation algorithm has its own limitations; in this paper reversed-triangulation algorithm is suitable for complicated environment, and another algorithm is designed for the roadway in mine environment. And these algorithms are verified by analysis of the experiments.4) A set of complete system solutions for positioning services for mine environment, including real-time positioning, track playback, emergency alarm, etc.Through the deployment in a mine, it turns out that the system can well meet the requirements of mine environment in the positioning accuracy, response time, monitoring and management. |
