| With the continuous development of communication technology and the popularization of smart devices, various mobile Internet services emerge endlessly, constantly changing People’s Daily life.Location-Based Service(LBS)is one of the most commonly used mobile Internet services.Based on location information submitted by users,it can provide information consultation and entertainment games such as Uber,Foursquare and Pokemon Go.However, users need to send their Location information to the location-based Service Provider(LSP).If the LSP misuses the location information,it can obtain users’ private information, such as home/work address, hobbies, and health status. Therefore, while enjoying the convenience brought by LBS,people also face the risk of privacy disclosure. To solve this problem, scholars have developed a number of LBS location privacy protection methods.Distributed K anonymous method is widely used because it is easy to implement, does not require a third party and has accurate query results. However,if the existing distributed K anonymous location privacy protection scheme is directly used, there will be mutual distrust among users when requesting users to construct anonymous cloaking area, and cooperative users may provide false locations, which will lead to ineffective protection of users’ location privacy. There may also be situations where the real location of the user is leaked. Therefore, the existing distributed K anonymous location privacy protection scheme can not effectively protect the location privacy of the requesting user.(1)In order to solve the problem that collaborative users do not trust the requesting user and thus do not provide the location of the collaboration, this paper first proposes a trusted user evaluation method to provide reference for collaborative users to verify the trustworthiness of the requesting user. This method requires the requesting user to provide his/her credentials as a collaborative user and the account registration time information. After receiving the information, the cooperative users conduct standard deviation standardization on their data and then evaluate their trustworthiness by combining the weight information to help the cooperative users avoid malicious requests. In order to solve the problem that cooperative users may provide false location information during the construction of anonymous cloaking area, this paper proposed to measure the usability of location provided by cooperative users from three aspects:time, distance and number of historical visits. The anonymous cloaking area is constructed by enabling the requesting user to select a cooperative location that effectively protects his real location.Theoretical analysis and experiments show that this scheme can not only evaluate the user’s trust degree, but also measure the usability of the location information of cooperative users, and finally effectively protect the location privacy of users.(2)In order to solve the problem that the existing location privacy protection scheme fails to effectively constrain the self-interested behaviors of rational request and cooperative users during the construction of anonymous cloaking area, and to effectively motivate cooperative users to actively participate in the construction of anonymous cloaking area and reduce the risk of possible location disclosure, the game model of anonymous cloaking area is constructed to analyze the self-interested behaviors of rational request users and rational cooperative users.A distributed K anonymous location privacy protection scheme based on collaborative incentive is designed to encourage rational requesters and cooperative users to successfully construct anonymous cloaking area in the future.Theoretical analysis proves that this scheme can effectively motivate rational requesters and rational cooperative users to participate in the construction process,so as to effectively protect the location privacy of requesters. |
