Important scientific significance and potential economic value of deep-sea microbes has caused the concern of scientists strongly. Studies of marine microorganisms are increasingly being taken seriously. Because of specialties of deep-sea environment, as deep-sea environment simulation equipment, the design of deep-sea environment simulator monitor and control system is very critical and is related to the progress of the study of the deep-sea microorganisms. Therefore, the design of a high degree of deep-sea environment simulator monitor and control system is imminent.This thesis summarizes various research techniques and progress of deep-sea microbial culture vessel system in the whole world. For the inadequacies of the current device, a deep-sea microbial culture vessel system has been designed. By designing culture vessel system,temperature control system and pressure control system, it has completed simulating temperature and pressure of deep-sea environment, which are the most two parameters.The results of system tests and experiments show that the system is able to adjust pressure continuously within the target domain. The pressure control accuracy is up to 0.1 MPa and the temperature control accuracy is up to 1℃. The design of observation windows can make the online real-time observation of microbes during research come true. As a result, the system realizes accurate simulation of deep-sea environment ultimately.The dissertation is divided into seven chapters.The chapter 1 expounds the background and signification of the deep-sea microbes study and the development status of simulation devices of domestic and international deep-sea microbial culture system. It proposes the contents of research technical specifications and technical difficulties needed to overcome.The chapter 2 introduces the whole structure and work principle of deep-sea microbial culture system.The chapter 3 expounds the design of culture vessel, the design of temperature control system and the devices used.The chapter 4 expounds the system program of pressure control system and designs every parts of the system. It focuses analysis of the pressure control strategy.The chapter 5 expounds the design of software system.The chapter 6 analyzes the results of tests and experiments of the system.The chapter 7 expounds the review and future outlook of the technique.
