The application of temporal information in modern database technology is an important research direction. Temporal data information is an effective means for people inference and prediction information, it can not only as a long-term preservation historical data, also can reflect the changes in data trend from application environment. A reasonable tense model can simplify the application system design and reduce data storage redundancy, improve program execution efficiency and stability of the system. Tense data model research has become a very active database field of research subject.This paper focus on improving the temporal model by analyzing the existing combination relation data model and improving the mainstream temporal model. People should notice that the BCDM model is too concentrated on the time support. This paper puts forward a kind of classification ideology based on different time dimension, the improved tense model according to the different entities have adopted different modeling methods, on the entity of temporal support into double tense support and single tense support. Through a variety of models for the redundancy and the execution rate of comparative experiments, experimental results show that the improved tense model has some useful values in the application fields. Finally, this article through a performance management system application the improvement of temporal modeling further shows the design method of the tense model.This paper provides a more flexible application system with stable modeling method according to the type of entity are tense dividing method, which helps to reduce the database of redundancy in the application fields. Applications for the establishment of the field of tense model provides a new idea.
