However, the structure of the human body than all of the current bionic devices are much more complex, from the touch signal generation, transmission and feedback to the cerebral cortex to identify, among all these processes can be completed within a very short time. Optics-based touch-sensing technology in the production of high-speed than the existing capacitors, resistors, such as surface acoustic wave touch sensor technology with greater potential and advantages.In recent years, more and more optical sensor applications, has attracted worldwide attention in many research institutions. The optical touch sensing technology mainly refers to the use of light as an information carrier, the light is modulated, an optical transmission parameters vary with the outside world of technology. It has high resolution, high precision, anti-electromagnetic interference, low power consumption, etc., and the use of fiber optic cable, etc. can greatly simplify the circuit arrangement.This optical touch sensing technology to study for the purpose of designing a new type of micro-flow cell optical touch sensor structure, to achieve continuous external pressure ratio measurement, the robot can be used for the simulation of tactile touch screen and the small size of the application; Laser direct writing technology to produce devices, the process is simple, reduce device costs and improve productivity. The main contents of this paper include:First, the introduction of the current robot tactile sensing technology and touch-screen technology, the basic situation, a detailed analysis of the various types of electrical and optical sensor works, electrical touch more work and optical characteristics of touch, outstanding optical touch high-speed, high resolution and so on.Secondly, the design of a new type of micro-flow cell optical touch sensor structure, increase of external pressure to achieve a continuous scale measurement. simple structure, quick response.
