Lots of communication technology varied from that in TD-SCDMA have been applied in TD-LTE, as TD-LTE is the long term evolution and development direction of the 3rd generation mobile system TD-SCDMA. OFDM technology has been used as a kind of multiple access scheme in TD-LTE instead of CDMA in TD-SCDMA. OFDM eliminate intra-cell interference, and the admission control strategy in TD-SCDMA can not be applied in TD-LTE. So the study of admission control algorithm in TD-LTE would have great meaning to the promotion of system performance. This paper decribes the development progress of mobile communication system, introduces architecture, frame structure and key techonology of TD-LTE. These key technology including OFDM,AMC and HARQ. Describes some parts of RRM, including packet scheduling, load balancing, inter-cell interference coordination and admission control. The paper Studies some common admission control scheme, and analysis QP-AC scheme,CP-AC scheme and DP-AC scheme.Based on the research in frequency reuse, The paper build resource configuration model of TD-LTE system and propose a kind of admission control algorithm based on resource borrowing mechenism. According to this algorithm, when a part area of cell have no resource to accept new users, it can borrow resource from other area of cell to accept new users. A simulation platform is build to simulate the performance of this admission control algorthm. Performance is also compared to the performance of the algorithm which has no such resource borrowing mechenisim. The simulation result illustrate that perform well, it can enhence the access rate of new users, reduced blocking probility of new users and outagte probability of handover users.
