In the building leasing system,network and advanced applications popularized gradually.This article designes a leasing system which based on the three-tier and searches for a leasing system which based on internet.In this mode,improve the efficiency of leasing system,facilitate managers working in different locations,also able to understand which one is the largest in the customer's profit contribution.The content of this research designs and develops a leasing system for rent station,so that managers can work in their home or office at any time,also they can know what kind of customer profit contribution is larger and the condition of benefit increasing every year.First,introduced the background and current situation of the leasing systems,determine the necessity for leasing system.Then introduced the technology that leasing system used,include three-tier structure and data mining.Then I go to renting station,survey fundamental condition and analysis the needs of users,determine the function of the system,include basic data management,cost management,contract management,leasing management and special business management,designed the system designing process.Data mining will be introduced to the system besides the necessary management information system.I analysis relevant data,establish resource models,aim at managers needs,analysis data of the data mining,dig out the customer profitability which is the largest and its characteristics, provide the basis for managers when he makes decision;also analysise growth about the customer's profit evety year.Finally,come true each module,point out the work in the system development and system inadequacies, show direction for the future system scalability and maintainability.
