In modern digital communication, the main factor which affecting the quality of communication is inter-symbol interference (ISI), Equalization is a efficient way that can reduce ISI. The blind equalization can restore the source sequence without the help of training sequences, but just utilize the receiving sequences and some relevant information. This dissertation focuses on a blind equalization algorithm for IIR channel based on oversampling.At the beginning of this dissertation, author introduces the history of blind equalization, and then studies the widely used algorithm named constant module algorithm which belong to bussgang algorithm, after that author improves the performance of CMA, analysis the orthogonal wavelet transform-based constant modulus algorithm. And both of them had a performance simulation. Then author discusses the identify condition of SIMO channel, introduces two blind algorithm based on SIMO system:LPA and OPDA, also both of them had a performance simulation. Finally, the core algorithm proposed in this paper: a blind equalization algorithm for IIR channel based on oversampling. The feasibility of the algorithm is proved by a rigorous mathematical proof, and the effectiveness of the algorithm is corroborated by a large number of simulation experiments.
