The optimization method is a Mathematics-based technology which is applied to obtain the optimal solution of many engineering problems. As an important branch of optimization theory, Mathematical programming has been subject to widespread attention and concern. Mathematical programming is to get the Minimum or Maximum of the single objective or multiple objectives. The paper applies the classical mathematical programming algorithm to restore the transmitted sequence of the SIMO blind equalization system based on BPSK signal. According to the characteristics of the transmit sequence which belongs to a limited character set, the evaluation function for the transmit sequence can be constructed and the problem is converted into mathematical programming problem. Then the paper seeks the approximate solution of the programming problem which is the blind recovery sequence, and finally uses simulation to verify the feasibility of the algorithm. The first chapter discusses the background and status-quo of the optimization method and the study of equilibrium problems, and summarizes the main work of the paper. The second chapter describes the basic concept of mathematical programming methods and the basic algorithm of unconstrained problem. The third chapter describes the blind detection model of SIMO System and converts the system model into a mathematical programming problem, and then uses the BFGS algorithm to get the approximate solution of the mathematical programming problem. The fourth chapter discusses the application of the BFGS algorithm with random perturbations and demonstrates the feasibility of the algorithm by simulation. The fifth chapter discusses the application of Broyden family algorithm which is based on random perturbations in the field of blind equalization, and uses simulation to illustrate the feasibility of the algorithm. The sixth chapter is a summary and outlook of this paper.
