Unlike many other ordinary commodities, the quality of medicine is directly related to people's health and safety, correspondingly, the temperature, humidity and cleanliness of the medicine production workshop are the crucial factors for medicine quality, which also depends on the HVAC's reasonable control. Consequently, the HVAC's control scheme plays a vital role on the improvement of medicine quality. The study of the HVAC is practically based on "Xi'an-Janssen Pharmaceutical (XJP) suppository manufacturing plant". Major researches are introduced as follows:The pharmaceutical plant HVAC's outline and system structure are briefly introduced. The HVAC control strategy is designed for suppository plant. The PLC control program is designed and debugged with SIMATIC software and interface that are based on IFIX.The formation of system modeling and the data collections and analysis are fundamentally associated with the debug of XJP on the spot. Certain questions are found when Analyzed the PID control effect of HVAC system in suppository manufacturing plant . Based on this, the structure of HVAC system in suppository manufacturing plant is designed based on F-PID algorithm .The structure of Fuzzy control is designed and fuzzy control rule base is established by taking the consideration of practical controlling objects and related knowledge of experts. Furthermore, controlling table of fuzzy is given along with the fuzzy deduction and then F-PID compound algorithm is designed. The comparison between the simulations of F-PID and PID control algorithm is finished which is effectively verified that the settling time is reduced for F-PID control and the overshoot can be effectively suppressed. In the case of jamming, especially, overshoot of system is decreased from 8.9%(PID control) to 1% (F-PID control). Hence, the F-PID control method is practically proved to be more excellent than the traditional PID method.
