Nowadays,water pollution is an important environmental problem.People pay more and more attention to wastewater treatment technology.However,the process of wastewater treatment is complex and changeable,and the control accuracy of dissolved oxygen concentration in biological reaction tank is not high,which affects the treatment effect.Therefore,improving the control effect of sewage treatment process is the development direction of sewage treatment control system.In this context,this paper takes the sewage treatment plant as the research object,analyzes and designs the sewage treatment control system.Based on the actual project of sewage treatment system,the treatment process and common processes are analyzed.According to the functional requirements of the control system,the overall design scheme of the system is formulated,and the hardware selection and configuration design of the control system,the configuration of the upper computer monitoring interface,and the development of PLC control program are completed.The control of dissolved oxygen concentration in biological reaction tank is studied.The stability of dissolved oxygen concentration directly affects the effluent quality.The conventional PID control method is difficult to achieve accurate and fast tracking of the set value.Therefore,a predictive control strategy based on optimized radial basis function neural network is proposed.By using the advantages of neural network nonlinear mapping ability in model prediction,combined with the idea of predictive control,the dissolved oxygen concentration in water in the future is predicted,and the feedback is made according to the real-time monitoring concentration Finally,the aeration fan is adjusted by PLC to adjust the dissolved oxygen concentration.The simulation results show that the control effect of the improved control strategy is better than that of the conventional PID control.The developed sewage treatment system is applied to the project site and put into actual operation after debugging to meet the needs of the project.At the same time,the data interaction between MATLAB and the upper computer of the control system will be realized through OPC communication protocol.The predictive control strategy proposed in this paper will be applied to practice,and its control effect on dissolved oxygen concentration will be verified.The actual operation results show that,compared with the traditional PID control,the predictive control strategy based on the optimized radial basis function neural network can quickly and accurately track the change of dissolved oxygen concentration,keep it at the set value,and ensure the quality of sewage treatment.
