With the development of network technology and the increasing popularity of Internet application, along with much convenience of the users and many problems for the Internet product, especially the operation for the users possesses the highly uncertain and destructive characteristics. Therefore, the security supervision and control system designed to apply to the Internet product is of importance.The research is based on the control information system of a mail server. According to the actual need of the mail project, I have designed a distributed control system based on the framework of WCF(Windows Communication Foundation).The main contents are as follows:1. To analysis the requirement of the distributed control information system, and confirm the business logic function of control information system.2. To analysis the scalability of the control information system. To meet the change of other system requirements of operation function, the control information system must possess the scalability. This paper applies the WCF technology to achieve the scalability of system function.3. To design a distributed control information system, which will make each function model in the form of SOA encapsulate the form of WCF. Accomplish unifies, the stable interface service, make other system can quickly integration. Experiments show that provide some public the auxiliary function to other system call, make the core function and auxiliary function separates the execution, therefore, to improve the performance of other system and reduce the complexity of other system program.4. To analysis the data purpose of the control information system, the data which non-real-time uses specifies the time unifies writing to the database. Meanwhile, use cache data technology to reading and writing data. Experiments show that the method can improve the reading and writing speed of the data. Therefore, quickly response request of the other system. 5. Based on the above analysis and design, accomplish a distributed control information system.Experiments show that the design method of the distributed control information system can flexibly, quickly adapt to the change in demand and provide the new service quickly. Meanwhile, which will not influence on the structure of mail server system. In the practical application, the system applies stably, accomplishes dynamic collect of information, the supervision and control of the users, and achieves the expected effect.
