Accelerometer is one of the key components for the Inertial Navigation System (INS), which is used for measuring the accelerate value of vehicles. And the Silicon Flexure Accelerometer (SFA) fits for the accelerate measure of low-frequency and low-g value for its high accuracy and the ability of anti-interference, and it is a key component for INS and guidance system. The state of its performance will influence the whole system seriously, so the scale-test became one of the important processes. As the development of the embedded-system and the appearance of the new type and high performance component, pint-sized and portable type quartz accelerometer information acquisition processing equipment which is based on ARM is designed in this paper.The structure and the principle of the SFA and the related technology of ARM are simply introduced in the paper firstly. The I/F collect scheme is determined after a comparison, and the ARM processor is used to complete the logic control part instead of the traditional comparator and flip-flop.Secondly, the software and the hardware design of the ARM collect-processor system are completed in the paper. On the hardware aspect, the whole design scheme of the hardware is afforded and the choice and design for each parts of the circuit are completed. On the software aspect, the application program is developed in theμC/OS-II embedded-real-time operation system, and the operation system transplant, the hardware driver programme and the system assignment design are completed on the base of the whole frame of the system software are afford, and each assignment modules are explained in detail.At last, the eight-point test method is used to scale and test the accelerator after the accelerator gravitational field test.The test result shows that, the design of the SFA collect-processor system that based on ARM in the paper is proper. Compared to the original system, it has the priority of small-volume, low-cost, low-power-consumption, strong-real-time character, good transplantation metastasis and easy to carry.
