As a new generation communication support vehicle, the narrow internal space of the Integrated Communication Vehicle has integrated various electronic equipments such as HF radio, VHF radio, UHF radio, microwave relay equipment, Chinese compass satellite positioning equipment, channel exchange controller, remote transmission equipment, voice terminal and data terminal, etc. There must have various electromagnetic interferences when the equipments are working in the vehicle. Therefore, how to improve the anti-jamming capability of the equipments in the Integrated Communication Vehicle and make them work normally has widely become the concerned focus of the organs and R&D institutes at all levels. To improve the performance of the equipments in the Integrated Communication Vehicle, we must improve their anti-jamming capability and reduce their interference to other equipments. Namely, we must improve the EMC of the Integrated Communication Vehicle. Relied on mobile communication system project, this paper takes the IntegratedCommunication Vehicle as the study object. Firstly, it introduces the development, history and basic principle of electromagnetic compatibility, three key elements of electromagnetic interference and classification of electromagnetic interference. Secondly, it briefly introduces the study background of the topic---mobile communication system and HF communication subsystem and the study object of the topic---Integrated Communication Vehicle, preanalyzing and predesigning the EMC problem existing in the Integrated Communication Vehicle from the actual application of the project. Finally, it verifies the reasonableness and correctness of EMC design of the Integrated Communication Vehicle through the test.Through EMC test to the Integrated Communication Vehicle, we shall put emphasis on the analysis and design of EMC problem when two high power HF transmitters working simultaneously in the Integrated Communication Vehicle. It verifies the feasibility of EMC design plan of the Integrated Communication Vehicle by effectively combining with systematic method, normative method and solving the on-the-spot problems, comprehensively using the EMC solving means such as filtering, grounding, shielding and profiling, etc., and SDSL transmission loss test, voice interference test and interference source position test, etc.
