The Designing And Implementation Of Management System Of Network Based On J2EE And SNMP

The requirements of network management technology has become more and more highly as the rapid development of computer network technology and the complicated network structure.Traditional SNMP network management system is based on C / S (Client / Server) structure, this structure technology is very mature, however, the lack of its flexibility, difficult to upgrade, big maintenance workload, it no longer meets modern network management technology trends.Guangdong Polytechnic Normal University campus had over three hundreds switch network equipment of Huawei,Ruijie and other brands, distributed in four different campuses, they need a network management software which is able to ensure the network efficient, reliable, stable, economic and safe operation.Network management software currently in use can not meet existing needs, it is necessary to develop a new network management system.J2EE-based SNMP network management system, is the J2EE technology and a combination of SNMP Simple Network Management Protocol, used to solve the heterogeneous network remote management and other issues.This paper analyzes the Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) network management and SNMP support operations, and further analysis of the development tools SNMP4J achieve implementation of network equipment operation of MIB library, introduce J2EE architecture and the EJB technology, and discussed based on Struts J2EE Web development model, concluded that the entire network management system of systems architecture.Paper take Guangdong Polytechnic Normal University network management system as a subject for study, analyzed the specific needs of each module combined with the system requirements document, designed and implemented a comprehensive system of equipment management module, configuration management module, fault management module and performance management modules, paper also deployed and tested the system.The results prove that the system has a certain capacity of network management, realize the functions of device management, configuration management, fault management and performance management, provide the good support for the operation of the entire campus network.
