Gaomi Public Affairs Information System Overall Design

The current government administration is moving to manage the control of a way of transforming to a service provided by the Government services that can not be of high quality, the public satisfaction has become a very important assessment targets.Through the promotion of government information technology to build electronic networks, the government can realize the sharing of resources, reduce government's administrative costs.In this paper, existing government network, based on the work of the government by analyzing the actual needs and business processes, combined with "compartmentalization combined in order to block the main" building principles, design and implementation of a government public affairs information system.Firstly, this paper bases on the discussing of Gaomi Public Affairs Information System, analyses the functional and non-functional requirement,and describes particularly the system requirement by the flow chart and use case.According to the requirement analyzing, this paper gives the system architecture design. Based on the system requirements, this paper puts up the system design goals and principles, and then separately discusses the technology and functional structures. Technology structure is about the extensibility, the maintenance and the performance of system.So this paper adopts the J2EE architecture, and analyses each layer's function. In the functional structure, this paper discusses the composition of each part, and finally puts up a dynamic system function flow.Following the architecture design, this paper particularly designs this system.According to the diversity management and the integrative management,this paper describes every module's design. In the system modeling, in order to more fully understand the system design, we have a brief introduction of public affairs services, business processes, and analyzes the role of various parts.And then gives the overall public affairs information system chart.Fourthly, based on the detailed design, this paper introduces each parts" implementation, and puts forward the system result pictures. This part emphasizes the Boston matrix and the Neural Network forecast model's arithmetic and data structures. Firstly, we introduced the Boston matrix theory, and modeling the data structure in this model. Following the simply introduction to the Neural Network forecast model, this paper designs and implements the forecast model for the Boston matrix, and analyzes the error of forecast.Finally, this paper introduces the system test, and particularly analyzes the environment and the progress of load test.At last,this paper introduces the application of the Gaomi Public Affairs Information System, and proposes an advice for further improvement.In summary, our analysis and customer relationship management business requirements based on the ideas, designs and implements public affairs for the information management system.
