Construction And Implementation Of Information Security Supervision System

Short message service not only can provide users with convenient information service,but also provides a convenient channel for the transmission of spam information. As more and more platforms which can provide the short message service to the user appearing, and users increasing,spam message has become the trend.In order to better reflect the social responsibility, development of data service and service users,the various means of spam message monitoring and intercepting must be considered in whole network, through the construction of spam message management platform, it can be achieved that spam message accurately distinguished, fast intercepted or timely filtered, then the communication service quality for "soft" can be effectively enhanced, and mobile operators benefit can be protected from the source, and the legitimate rights and interests of consumers can be safeguarded.This paper introduces spam message information security supervision system (i.e., spam message real time monitoring system) construction and implementation of a communication operator. The main contents include:spam message definition,spam message source analysis,the company current situation of management the spam message,the construction goal of spam massage information security supervision system,spam message management plan analysis,spam message control scheme of the whole network,composition of system hardware,software architecture,the principle of realizing the system,network solutions, operational test and its effect.The author mainly engaged in the company SMS, MMS business platform operation and maintenance management, since the company decided to implement the whole network information security monitoring project construction has been involved in the early days of demand, the feasibility study report of the project and technical specifications preparation, with the implementation of projects, good business test work, for the project implementation process system a variety of problems solving measures and suggestions on the functions of the system, put forward suggestions for improvement and development requirements, and for late system operation and maintenance management etc.This thesis is based on practical experience of information security supervision system construction, implementation and maintenance in a company.The company SMS center status, intercepting spam message status, spam message interception system demand, construction and maintenance experience were described in detail in this thesis, and it pointed out some of the issues that need attention in the system maintenance work through personal experience, and it has some extention and reference values for spam message information security supervision system construction and spam message management effectively.
