With rapid development of the Internet and Educational theory, the application of multimedia and Internet to instruction of education-informational is becoming more and more import in educational modernization. The change of education philosophy is the essential reason for the development and deepening of education-informational. In this Internet age, network education system is only one mode of expression of educational philosophy. The emergence of online education system is not only a trend, but also a necessity.This paper introduces the developing trend and research on Family Online Teaching and Learning Class System, Analyzes its existing problems and their causes. At the same time it also advances to a certain degree of understanding in the process of achieving the latest web technology.This paper first introduced the technical background of education and network technology system and the current situation of Online Teaching and Learning System. In the analysis stage, it analyzed the requirement of Online Teaching and Learning System according to the current situation of Institute Technology of Jinan. At the design stage, it analyzed and designed the data relations of the system of Online Teaching and Learning System, and analyzed PHP, Ajax, SQL SERVER 2005, LMAP, and other key technologies which were used. In the realization stage, it analyzed some of the logic realization of the system.The entire system is simple, friendly interface, powerful, flexible and practical. It meets the requirement of the teacher and the student to teach, learn and interact. It also meets the process of renewing educational ideas and reforming curriculum system.
