Application Of EAI Platform On The OSS/BSS Of Liaoning Unicom

The new posture of telecom competition requires a new generation of operation support system that must be able to support operators to customer-centric marketing model, the need to achieve the dynamic interactions between systems and information sharing, providing business agility, which requires a flexible framework to support enterprise. The original operation support system has been fully achieved although computerized management, but due to lack of unified planning, and the majority of these systems use the C/S technologies to build, so that they meet local business needs, while other parts of the enterprise isolated from each other, thus making it difficult fast and flexible to adapt to the telecommunications industry to increase new business, new application requirements. Therefore, the enterprise application integration (EAI) is introduced to the operation support system to establish an information platform for fully connecting all kinds of loosely coupled system together, so that both the maximum protection of existing investments and the maintain of the independence of the system can be implemented, and the enterprise can achieve seamless integration between applications, and further to lay the foundation for the expansion of B2B, B2C e-commerce activity.This thesis describes the status of the system in Liaoning Unicom, while introducing the EAI to solve current problems. And then we study the EAI platform technology based on a careful analysis of Liaoning Unicorn's system requirements, and design the overall architecture model of EAI platform. In the system realization method, the messaging middleware technology, MQ with JAVA technology and other mechanisms are adopted to implement it. This thesis also describes the EAI platform focusing on EAI HUB and adapter works, as well as their solution to key issues, and shows in detail practical operational mechanisms within the EAI platform. Simultaneously, it has also added some advices to improve the actual production activities of EAI platform. The EAI Platform based the OSS/BSS of Liaoning Unicom runs well and satisfies the need of actual application.
