Inverse Emergency Power Supply becomes the necessary installment of the electrical power distribution system in the large-scale construction and the intelligent construction supplies, is the green electric power electronic installation for the fire facility of construction to provide emergency service. Inverse Emergency Power Supply's digitized technology and the power type inverse Emergency Power Supply's development and the application, is the popular research subjects in inverse power source domain. We precisely develop a power type three-phase digital Emergency Power Supply in view of the above question and the demand.Inverse Emergency Power Supply's the strengths, research status and development tendency are discussed.The digital inverter control technology is discussed particularly, the Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation's simulated research is given, the results show that the control method is effective and feasible. The DSP lock-in method based on the induction frequency modulation and fast switch control method is designed. According country's standard《inverse Emergency Power Supply》GB/T-21225-2007, the function requirement and technical indexes of the project are puted forward, and the main circuit topologies structure and overall plan of 30kVA power type digital inverse Emergency Power Supply are given on this basis. The hardware circuits: main circuit module DSP control module, signal detection module, switching module, communication module, keyboard and display module of the system are designed, the principle of design and method of composition are illustrated. The general design of the software is expounded, the program of the ADC sampling module, lock switch module, SVPWM signal output module and major parts of monitoring module are designed, and the detailed software design process and relevant code realization are gived, the software's debugging is through. Last, the prototype is tested, the result verifies the reliability of the design above.Experimental results show that the lock switch algorithm,the switching time,the performance when adding load or discharging load,when full-load running of 30kVA power type digital inverse Emergency Power Supply reach the basic requirements.
