With the rapid development of computer network technology and update of educational thought, the traditional examination has not fully met the digital and standardized demands of examination. Therefore, it is very important to develop and spread Internet-based, fully automated, distributed, highly integrated network of functional examination system.The topic designed and developed the online examination system with user management, exam management, test paper management, online exams, automatic marking, performance management and other functions, which is based on in-depth analysis of domestic and foreign intelligence online examination system. The system is based on WEB technology development, the use of three-layer structure of the B/S mode, select MYSQL database management systems, application JSP dynamic web technology and high-performance framework of the SSH, take advantage of IoC technology and dynamic proxy technology, JAVA language reflection technology and ClassLoader loaded mechanism to achieve the needs of multi-user, reducing the server workload, reducing the hard-coded pollution and improve the system's processing power and maintainability of the changing business. The system has the features of operate simple, fully function, security stability and so on.Research of this topic offered a reference platform for the teaching evaluation of Baoji University of Arts and Science and promoted the education information construction of university.
