The paper described the process of the design and implementation about networkedsales and service system for Hebei Lingxin Company. Throughout the project, a detailedinvestigation about the business procedures of all departments concerned in HebeiLingxin Company, and the operation mode of typical e-commerce sites, had been done.And besides, according to the requirements of both customers and work staff, a new setof solutions were proposed to meet these needs.The main function of this system is to provide adequate functions involved innetworked sales including the release, interchange and management of all sorts ofinformation. The customer involved functions include product demonstration, productnavigation, shopping cart, checkout, membership management, order-list inquiries, etc.;The system administrator involved functions include the management of productinformation, user information, order-list information, system logs and so on. The systemis a typical e-commerce system built by with ASP.NET, taking the so-called B/Sstructure, using SQL Server 2005 as the database management environment. The systembears the basic features of e-commerce platform, stable, easy to operate, friendly style,attractive interface and so on.
