With the rapid development of Internet and software, Electronic Commerce has come into a new era; meanwhile, more and more attention has been paid to its safety, both enterprises and consumers. In recent years, we can't guarantee the safety of online transactions even though various Information Confidentiality technologies have been used, in this situation, we can't believe it in fully. In order to get faster development of Electronic Commerce, we must assure its safety.Since much attention has been paid to Electronic Commerce safety research, we could find that Electronic Commerce security protection technologies include:encryption, identification, hashing, firewall and so on. On the other hand, the research of database security shows that we often guarantee the data base in the means of law but lack of technology, so, Database Digital Watermarking is in great demand. However, Database Digital Watermarking is very much different from Multi-media Digital Watermarking and it is more challengeable, that's to say, there is no more redundancy room for digital watermarking information in relational data base and that availability of the data base would be worse if data is changed. For these reasons, the research of database digital watermarking is becoming more and more difficult. Many scientific specialists have done some research where there is little about database zero watermarking only modifications of data. This topic is based on the existed summaries and analysis of data base zero watermarking, has improved one of the algorithms and proved it is of greater Robustness compared to the previous, especially it won't affect the availability of the data base. After that, set up a safe model based on the algorithm, analyze and imitate the model. Lastly, the results prove that the model can assure the safety of the Electronic Commerce databases.
