Based On The Design And Implementation Of C / S Mode Exam System

At the present stage, with the continuous development of computer technology, paperless examination gradually shows its tremendous advantage. The use of the examination system can make full use of campus network, computer chamber and other resources, greatly improve the efficiency of the examination. Compared with the traditional examination methods, using the examination system can make the examination more transparent, simpler. And it also reduces the cost of paper, printing costs and so on, achieving the environmental objectives. It is significant to use the computer examination system to achieve efficient, scientific test provides a good way of establishing teaching evaluation system and reforming school's examinations for the realization of modern education.This paper illustrates the research backgrounds of the exam system, introduces the research status of the existing examination system, and proposes the significance of this topic. Meanwhile, it analyzes and compares the two basic structures of C / S pattern and B / S pattern, and describes the Delphi language, SQL Server 2000 database and Socket etc. Finally, system adopts C / S pattern, Delphi develops the tool as the application, database SQL Server2000 and socket to achieve the client and server-side data transfer.Secondly, the examination system conducts a feasibility analysis, explains the purpose and tasks of the feasibility analysis, economic feasibility, technical feasibility and operational feasibility and other aspects of the analysis. On the basis of the feasibility analysis, this paper combines of the teaching status of Guilin University of Electronic Technology, from solving practical problems of my work in GUET to start, the functional requirements analysis are carried out on the modules and functions that the examination system should have, performance the analysis are carried out on the system's security, stability, expandability, ease of operation, etc. The analyses shows the examination system is feasible, related functions can be achieved, which can meet the relevant requirements.Then, this paper gives the overall structural design of the exam system, describes the settings of the server side and client side's functional modules, narrates the measures take for protecting the security of the system; analyzes the database needs, gives the E-R diagram and illustrates the specific design of the menu. The designs of specific menus are illustrated. According to the overall design of the system, the realization of the system, the examination and other functional modules are described; the implementation process of the account management, account management, bank management, paper management, test paper, and performance statistics and other functions is a highlights exposition. After the exam system development, make the functional testing of the system to prevent the system is not functioning properly and needs do not match. The results show that in circulate system security, stabilization, easy operation, tend expand and other advantages etc, is a successful exam system, which has a strong practical promotion significance.Finally, this paper summarizes the main research work and predicts the future research directions.
