Reconnaissance-type rocket grenade is a type of information shells of target reconnaissance with cameras, radio set and other electronic equipment. When the bullet firing, the high-speed expansion of propellant gas to produce thrust will rocket launch out. Because of the warhead keep rotating and shaking, if we do not process the images, then the scout observed may be kept shaking, not clear images, so we must do some processing.The topic makes some improvements for the reconnaissance-type rocket grenade system that a domestic arsenal initial researching, increase the DSP in the ground receiver, the CCD camera to capture video images processed through the DSP system, and then display.The topic chose TI company production TMS320DM643 chip as processor, DSP/BIOS for operating system kernel, adopt RF-5(reference design frame 5) to implement video capture, process and display. Programs use two task modules, video capture task and video processing output task. Through the design of the system software, the video frame rate down to 1 second/frame, and get a clear image.The hardware architecture of the image collection system is presented, and the emphasis of this paper is the software design based on DSP.
