The original design of the traditional network has mobility and security issues, the decoupling model can not meets the network diversity demand. Meanwhile, the transfer layer and service layer both have resource utilization imbalance problem. For example, some links are running at full capacity, some are free; file data is too centralized to make the server overloaded and congestion issues is getting worse.Universal network is a new network architecture which divides network into network layer and service layer. Using AID, RID, SID, and CID concept and mapping theory, it can fundamentally solve the mobile and security issues existing traditional network, and achieve controllable network.Paper's work are under the background of national973plan project "Integrative credible network and universal service system fundamental research". It studys the universal network architecture, concurrent multi-path transmission and distributed application technology, based on one to many mapping process between SID and CID identity, designs and achieves a distributed concurrent multi-path transmission system. The system achieve distributed achieve multi-point communication at application layer and multiple paths concurrent transmission at transport layer. It makes all nodes to share resources, while improving data transmission efficiency. This system paper designed consists of node-oriented part and tracker-oriented part. In node-oriented part, it designs the initial module, concurrent multi-path transmission module and congestion control module. In tracker-oriented part, it designs initianl module, polling check module and mete-info file module. The paper makes Linux kernel support SCTP concurrent multi-path transmission first, based on this, achieves all of modules and gives some important steps and code. Finally, the paper tests the system in real environment, through analysing the data packets of communication process, proves the feasibility of system. Acorrding to comparing with traditional network data transfer rate, verifies the system performance. End of the article, the paper summarizes the full text of the work and looks to the follow-up work.
