In recent years, with the 3G era, people enjoy an unprecedented pleasure which high-speed information brought, and MIMO technology plays a pivotal role. SCM model and geometry by the carrier frequency is less restrictive, and the model parameters independent of the model generation method and the actual structure of the environment, can change the channel to make timely changes in the parameters, the applicability of the model makes the strong.This paper focuses on basic theory and polarized antenna theory channel model to start, for the 3GPP SCM model has been the subject of further research, the following contribution:(1) Basic theory of the polarized antenna described in detail. antenna model for the later laid the foundation for multi-polarization. At home and abroad for further study of multi-polarization antenna to what extent.(2) The existing two-dimensional and three-dimensional model of SCM based on the new composite SCM channel model, and came to the channel coefficient expressions. The new model is based on two-dimensional and three-dimensional model, based on comprehensive consideration of both in the proportion of different scattering environments, the model more realistic, more accurate.(3) Polarization antenna using three new models for the simulation, the results were compared with cross-polarized antenna, the simulation results and theoretical results can be a good fit, which verify the validity of the model. And the capacity for a variety of situations for MATLAB simulation, analysis of various factors on the impact of channel capacity, a conclusion with the MIMO channel capacity theory, which also verified the validity.
