With the rapid development of the cause of Personnel Testing, unit recruiting exam has expanded each year, faced with the usual test of the proposition and the difficulty of recruiting units and the requirements of the growing number of conflicts. In many areas, data mining technology has been widely used, through continuous improvement and progress, gradually showing its vigorous development. Meanwhile, practice has proved its economic value. This paper analyzes the data mining technology and recruiting exam Feature, Proposedthat data mining technology to the Shanghai Professional Testing Authority and recruiting NumIDates to test the idea of information management, analysis of the feasibility and necessity of the application, and implementation of ideas. In the context of data mining techniques, based on the establishment of the ShanghaiProfessional Testing Authority for recruiting test administration data mining model; using a modified C4.5 algorithm Apriori and recruiting Examination of the Shanghai Professional Testing Authority analysis, decision to dig out recruiting exam rules for the Shanghai Professional Testing Authority examination recruiting management provides decision support.
