With the size of enterprise's IT systems becoming more and more larger, they produce more and more customer data. Many enterprises start to deploy Enterprise Customer Information Facility(ECIF) system because it can gain "one and only exact version" from enterprise and customer data. It is considered as one of way that can explore customer data truths, it to create and maintain customer data real-time, consistency and accuracy in the enterprise domain and system. But ECIF is not easy to deploy in the enterprise. It will face enormous obstacles such as people, processes, management complexity, and costs and so on. Meanwhile, there is rarely research work for the implementation of master data management system in the academic. How to chose MDM construction model, the way of architecture design and the methodology of implementation process need more effective and detailed research. This paper studies the Enterprise Customer Information Facility Based on Master Data Management Technologies. It discusses two stage for customer master data management system (registration, transaction) to build models, puts forward another two transition models (consolidation, coexistence) and their evolution path. It Describes the master data management system architecture based on consolidation model in detail design, including application server, broadcast server, communication adapter, the management server and the database server. Finally, an actual project as an example is discussed, Implementation will be divided into six steps:master data scope definition, data model design, construction model chose, data integration, identify and merge data, data distribution and sharing. For each step, improved implementation strategy is introduced. The paper argues that these implementation strategies can effectively deploy the customer master data management system successfully.
