Design And Implementation Of Basic Level TV University Educational Administration System

Educational Administration is an important part of the Universities Educational Management System(UEMS). The educational management level not only reflects the whole academic level, but also affects the survival and development in the intense competition. With the deepening of the academic reform and the development of modern science and technology, educational administration management will face many new challenges."Standardization, informatization, networking"will be an inevitable choice in the USMS reform. The USMS development and application will play an important role in the academic management reform.This paper centers on the design and implementation of Luoding TVU Educational administration system, investigating the related technology at home and abroad in the current situation of the development, adopting the object-oriented development and maintenance. According to the software engineering development theories, from the view of the actual operating conditions, it analysis the current detailed requirements, system implementation and test verifying program needed to be solved with the actual status of Luoding TVU educational administration system.We design and develop the educational administration management system with Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 system development tools, C# language, VFP and SQL Server 2005 database development platform, based on the B/S and C/S structure To meet the users'requirements for the system's function, this system is divided into the following parts: academic members'subsystems, teachers and students'subsystems. The functions can be obtained as the followings: user authorization management; examination results import; examination room layout; fee information import as well as all kinds of information inquiries, etc.The educational administration management system has recently been put into use, and the result shows that its running is in good condition. It can basically meet the demands of the local branches of TV University. It helps to reduce the academic member working intensity and also provides a lot of expressive convenience for the TVU teachers and students.
