With the coming of twenty-first century, the military contest of the world is more reflected on the combat forces under informationization condition. In order to adapt to the command of warfare development trend in the future, army proposed the Strategic Development slogan of "Using information to promote mechanization", the building of computerized armed forces involves the training of military combat, the adjustment of education and personnel systems, the Logistics and Weapon Equipment Guarantee etc. In 2005, army officially launched the Integration of operations research and training, one of the targets was to achieve a scientific and reasonable joint operation mechanism gradually under Information Conditions based on Equipment, supported by technology and directed at enhancing the action Speed of rapid combat, this set higher requirements for equipment construction, especially for equipment management. Today, with the development of army Informatization, the using,management and maintenance of the armament requires an information platform for coordination and communication. The system in this paper can supply the users with sufficient information and fast query tools.Based on the B/S structure, using the C# language integrated with visual studio 2005 as the main development tool, SQL Server 2005 as the Database management system, applying advanced three-tier architecture, the system in this paper implemented every configurable function modules, including system administration, equipment basic information management, equipment allocation management, equipment inspection information management, equipment maintenance information management, equipment maintenance tools management, equipment maintenance person basic information management, maintenance person participation information management, maintenance person training information management, equipment Spare parts management, equipment dead storage management, equipment accident management, equipment discarding and retirement management, etc.The development of this system contribute to the improvement of the management quality and level of military ordnance, realize the digitization and normalization of management, the system would be a webified and paperless Motorized Infantry Division Level Ordnance Equipment Information Management System.
