| Minimum Radar Vector Altitude (MVA), means that the minimum altitude of air traffic controllers implementing the radar vectoring for aircrafts. In the area of radar control, it should contain the MVA map which is drew within the radar video map. Without the MVA map, the controllers could not use the radar separation or vector aircrafts to intercept the final approach localizer between the aircrafts identified, even using the radar control. The accuracy of the MVA map directly influences the security and affectivity of being vectored aircrafts.In this thesis, it depends on the reality of HOHHOT airport to describe the design ideas and production process of the MVA map of the HOHHOT TOWER and APPOACH control area; to analysis and evaluation of appliance of the MVA map during practical control works. Based the research above, this thesis design and explore the system of making and displaying MVA map, and propose solutions for the problems in the application and design programs of the checking flying for the MVA map and analysis the flying data. The main components are as follows:1. To make a short introduction to MVA map.2. To analysis and evaluation of the MVA map of the HOHHOT TOWER and APPOACH control area,3. Based the research above, to analysis the requirement of the MVA making and displaying system, and to give the main design of the system.4. Soft and hard structure of the system has been designed and studied in this chapter. In the process of design, the keystone is the design of the function module. And then the details of composing and content are explained. Especially, the User Interface of some important model refers to display is designed .At last; the data used for the system running is analyzed and neatened.5. According to design of the module system, some central technology used for the system, such as the display programmed and MVA making, is ensured. At last, according to the technology theory, some coordinate translation algorithm, such as map folding display etc., which used in this system, is designed.6. To check the system, design programs of the checking flying for the MVA map and analysis the flying data, and give the factory test project. 7. To make introduction to MVA map application.The pattern system introduced in this thesis can be extended to practical system. It gives some advices that have several uses for reference for establishing the nature air traffic management system. |
