Basic Computer Courses On Examination System Design And Implementation

With the popularization of computer and the rapid development of network technology, computerized test system has gradually shows its advantages. Objectivity, safety, accuracy and scientific makes the computerized test system have been used more and more extensive, it can fulfill the establishment of examination/test database and paper forming automatically, from question selecting, examination, to paper grading, the examination system can complete all these functions perfectly. The computerized test system can avoid the one-sidedness of the traditional examination and well test the students' practical ability. This paper is based on above advantages, it designs and implements a computerized test system, which is safe, stable and easy to maintain.This thesis based on B/S three-layered structure model, using ASP dynamic web technology and SQL database technology, establishes a relatively independent, good system scalable, high security, code easy maintenance. In addition, the computerized test system also adopted the genetic algorithm so that it can form the paper quickly, have high success rate and good effect; Also, the system has a certain commonality and can be used for various course exams. At the mean time, the system has a perfect auxiliary function, such as the objective question's automatic scoring function, paper analyzing function and so on.According to the analysis of the computerized test system, four modules, which consist of test database management subsystem, examination subsystem, examination management subsystem and paper analyzing subsystem, have been established. Through the collaboration between each subsystem, the whole process of the computerized system is completed. This system can assess the students' basic computer operations, achieve a fair and impartial assessment, achieve the paperless examination, save the source of society, save the examination cost of our school; Meanwhile it reduce the teacher' work. In addition, the applying of database technology and some security strategies ensures that the system can run stably.
