Multi functional financial management system was studied detailed and from the multi-function financial system function, operation environment, application and security function, the thesis has made 4 aspects to carry on the demand analysis. With the development of processing, the financial management system was analyzed and designed, the system is divided into 5 parts, namely daily balance module, debt loan module, tool management module, basic information management module and system management module, the functions of each module are designed in detail, and describes the data structure of the system database table, given the hardware environment and software platform implementation of the system , finally, according to the need of the system security, and discussed and summarized the security of the system, elaborated the scalability of the system in the future.The development of this software is designed to fit into the families commonly which means of financial management and family day-to-day income to realize the computer management, to make the family and the family members do better record and statistical analysis, and made the family financial management more convenient, fast, safe, comprehensive. The development of the software is management systems that can help the people do better using the financial system. And this system has certain practical significance and theoretical guidance .
