County Power Supply Enterprise Business Expanding Standardized Management System Design And Application

With the further reform of China's electric power system, the formation of power pattern treats the county power supply enterprises as the main part, which serve enterprises, institutions and society at large masses. County power supply enterprises'Business Expanding is the first platform and the enterprise service window to contact firms and electricity customers, and is also an important part of extensive supervision monitoring on the power supply enterprises. At present, most power grid companies, especially small ones, still rely on manual working and unscientific management, such as writing with pen, manually processing, and always following experiences, which easily leads to complicated processing, mistakes and low efficiency. Thus, it is urgent to develop a standard Business Expanding Manangement Information System.This research carried out a detailed investigate and survey about the situation of county supply enterprises'Business Expanding standardized management in Sichuan Province, followed by a detailed business demand analysis, combined with business logic system modeling and design with the UML (Unified Modeling Language). Then, we designed the county power supply enterprises'Business Expanding standardized management system, including the system management module, daily work module, business operation module, query statistics module. Based on the MVC three layers framework, we applied an overall programming framework with mixing B/S and C/S mode, and realized some functionalities.The research and design of our project separate the system model layer, view layer and control layer, achieved the decoupling purpose, which facilitate system development and maintenance. Compared with the existing mode of management, our system has complete function, visualized interface, and standardized process. Through the testing and commissioning at the power supply bureau at Jinjiang District and Gaoxin District in Chengdu, the desired results have been reached. Our system has become a useful tool that manages the power supply enterprise industry and promotes the power supply enterprise'power supply network operating, and help enterprise effectively improve the management level of Business Expanding, for the goal of creating more value.
