Aimat the problem, author designs a power business expanding system using JSP technology andbased on B/S mode. The system exploits Web Server JSP as the mesospheric of databaseserver, let the client/server mode database structure combine closely with Web technology,using JDBC to realize the junction of the database. Because the traditional power businessexpanding always escape from the real distribution network, so the system increases the GISfunction and exerts ant algorithm to optimize power business expanding lines. So the systemcan supplies the timely and availably information, high quality and fast service, it also anauxiliary decision-making method for power department. So it really enhances workingefficiency, economy benefit, the level of management and decision-making.
