Sichuan Water Conservancy Vocational College carried out the construction of The Curriculum System Center. The educational philosophy and teaching model of The Curriculum System Center is in line with the overall planning of development of the college, is also in line with the combination of the quality education and vocational education. The purpose is to utilize modern information technology tools which is enable teachers participating in construction of the major curriculum, and to carry out a series of studies on curriculum management, curriculum development, teaching resource development, student learning capability, teaching content, teaching methods and tools, and to change teachers'teaching ideas and concepts, in order to achieve the share of high-quality teaching resources, and improve education effectiveness and quality of talents training.The author of this essay is the Project Manager of The Curriculum System Center. He is responsible for the overall project planning and design. He led the team to research on software development technology, educational technology, educational platform, meanwhile, he and his team accomplished college's multi-media classroom, recording room and other hardware construction. He also participated in design and implements of online curriculum platform. The platform uses mainstream computer language, and combines with plug-in technology and some services and interface technology, in order to meet the learning needs of teachers and students. The platform constructed with an open, sharing, scalability and reliability principles. It is an online curriculum system, which utilized digital, information technology and other modern educational technology, to use the campus network as the carrier, professional development as the main line, curriculum development as the core, teaching and learning as guide. This service system is based on curriculum construction, and has large capacity, open, interactive characteristics, and it is suitable to the development of network development.During the construction process, the author of this essay was responsible for implementing teacher's curriculum system. He did a careful consideration and detailed design on account management for teachers, classroom network, curriculum assessment methods, curriculum counseling methods and so on. The construction of the center is based on practice and used in practice too. Teachers can construct a personalized website without professional knowledge on web pages making. They only need to upload Word documents, PPT, teaching materials and other resources, they can add any desired part, and can adjust the position of columns. So far, the project has been completed and put into trial operation. After beta testing, the system works well, basically there is no serious impact on system operation.
