Based On Webservice The Chengde Cadres Online Education System Design And Realization

Carrying on a training for broad scale of officers is a kind of basic, guiding and strategic project. In recent years Chengde develops very quickly , but officers'idea ,view ,ability , etc can not suit it . It is necessary to improve them through training. Nowadays the normal methods have some effects , but time ,persons and funds , etc. These factors can not suit broad scale of offices training. So it is very important to find a convenient training method.WebService is a new technique for communication and integration of applications on Internet. It has the features of operational releases, operating statistics and other functions. it can overcome the classic techniques'(such as DCOM,CORBA,Java RMI etc) shortcomings : Depending on internet surroundings tightly, communicating through certain outlet .The main bullet in management is to operate from the finishing operation, to achieve the automation of operations management.We propose a plan based on WebService. In this system we plan three species. They are function needs, technique needs and safety needs. It uses SQL Server architecture , the idea and technology of CGI,PHP and Java Server Page(JSP),meeting the requirement of usage of AICC,SCORM data. The design based on the Internet specification which is acknowledged in the industry has adopted B/S mode, supporting WebService Standard. The technology and facility adopted by the system are well mutually operational, and can run collaboratively.In this article the internet educating platform uses Microsoft net platform which represents the trends of future technology for development, gathering advanced cooperative office-work. Meanwhile Chengde officer on-line training system is a kind of internet training system. It can solve officers'problem of lacking of time , can make more officers study . It also can guide to gather educating resources, bring transform on education idea and education technique.
