So this require us to upgrade the existing software or redone it, in order to adapt to the needs of the users, but because the old system have been used for quite some time, during which the accumulated a lot of relevant data, such as the user data, company reports, and so on. This will give the software version of the update raises a question, how smoothly migrate data in no loss of existing precious data of system.This paper summarizes the existing in data migration theory and technology, combined with the actual project data migration, analyzes and summarizes the experience of data migration and process, and design a based on Microsoft .Net Framework database migration steps and the implementation methods of each stage.
