Based On Vba's Office On Test System Design And Realization

Along with information age's arrival, the computer operation level's determination already transited from the traditional written examination way to the hands-on test way. Now the exam system is confined to the objective of the test question in the exam and automatic rating, and for Office operation problem of test system test and score is not much.Based on the VBA technology, an Office examination system was developed, which operating question can be scored automatically by a computer. The system uses Visual Basic 6.0 as development platform, make full use of VBA and macro technology, use Microsoft Access database and its OLE technology in dealing with various types of test data access, in order to achieve the operating question of automatic scoring function. This system has the function which the topic test and revises automatically, and established has tried the question bank, might realize the student to use the computer tests and operates the goal which the topic reviewed automatically.This system not only shorten the test process, save the teacher of time, and can reduce the phenomenon of cheating, the process of correcting not with subjective factors, so that students' scores can truly objectively reflect the students learned to master the knowledge and the teaching situation.Thesis discusses in detail the examination system development process, from requirements analysis to the system design, detailed design, the system implementation。The system security and reliability design are also discussed. The system has been testing in our school and achieved the anticipated effect.
