Therefore, based on the trend of the development of the web-course is proposed based on Flash technology, the university web-course with release platform (abbreviation: platform) and realize the teacher independent participation web-curriculum construction, improve the web-teaching methods, simplify the back-end management and maintenance, create clear flexible navigation system, enhance the web-teaching interactive initiative, realize the web-teaching virtual scene. Platform based on Flash technology USES animation function, interactive function, streaming media function, the function such as ActionScript programming web-course and human-computer interaction, multimedia teaching management background, teaching navigation, proper module. Platform is the application of Web services technology to realize web-course distributed framework application, and using Flash animation perfect function before the web-course teaching method, old pictures to modern web-curriculum teaching methods add new colour. Flash interactive function solves the web-curriculum teaching and learning process is depressing, teacher, student, so as to realize the interaction between platform and courseware, improving teachers' teaching effect and the students' autonomous learning. Flash streaming media function can not only continue past the streaming media web-course teaching video demand functions, but also can realize web classroom go live online, teachers and students through direct communication platform and realize.
