Boiler,Turbine and generator as the three main equipment of unit in modern large-scale thermal power plant, they are highly coupling in longitudinal series as an indivisible integer, one of the operating status changing will lead to other operating status change, running and controlling of the three is closely linked with each other. Aims directly at the shortcomings of existing unit in regulation performance of Coordinated Control System, One-sided consideration of pressure and load control on boiler-turbine and neglect the dynamic of generator,an Integrated Control System of Unit based on integral control among boiler,turbine and generator is suggested to improve the quality and energy efficiency of automatic control on unit.The 660MW unit as control objective in this paper, process of conversion between material and energy was studied,the method of modeling base on mechanism was analyzed,the mathematical model of boiler-turbine load and pressure and single machine infinite bus system were built,this provide preparation for the design simulation of Integrated Control System.Dynamic decoupling compensator is designed by multivariable decoupling theory,it with adaptive fuzzy PID controller make up boiler-turbine load and pressure Coordinated Control System,this Coordinated Control System have better load and pressure control performance than Conventional PID Coordinated Control System. In the design of Valve and Excitation coordinated control system of turbine-generator unit,association learning ability of neural network was used to study fuzzy coordinated rule of valve control and excitation control,the fuzzy control algorithm implemented by neural network have more advantageous than Single fuzzy control algorithm while control the uncertain system. Through the simulation experiments in the context of many diffierent interfering mode,find that valve and excitation coordinated control system can significantly improve the static stability on system.The output curve of the control parameters was obtained through the simulation on Integrated Control System of unit which made up by boiler-turbine load and pressure Coordinated Control System and Valve and Excitation coordinated control system.,analyzing the influence each other and validating the control performance of Integrated Control System,providing a reference for the study on synthetically Integral Control of unit.
