| This paper firstly analyze the types and contents of the publications issued by Fukien Christian University, dividing them into about 4 types, they are comprehensive school magazines, academic journals, schoolfellows communicate periodicals, school—news reported journals etc. Then, point out that the academic ones contained multiple journal, they are researches on Chinese ancient civilization and local culture, biology, agriculture, math, physics and chemistry etc. Secondly Analyze the characteristics of the publications of Fukien Christian University, that is the journals 'contents and publication frequency are diversified, the academic journals Accounted for a high proportion. Thirdly discuss the five typical academic publications of Fukien Christian University, through researching the establishment of journals, the contents and the influences of the journals in order to excavate the shinning points of the publications of Fukien University. At last to make a conclusion on the publications'history effects, that is the publications improved the academic research level of the university, brightened the research spirits, promoted the academic communication and stimulated knowledge spread with other institutes, organizations, the publications offered the precious historical materials for researchers who intend to do research on the Fukien Christian University. |
