The Design And Research Of Minor Fluxgate Sensor

Acording to practical demand, a small fluxgate sensor is studied in thesis. First,four methods of magnetic field measurement are introduced. such as Hall effect,resistance effect,optical pumpand and fluxgate. Consideried advantages, a small fluxgate sensor is studied. Principle of fluxgate sensor is analyzed by mathematics and graphic methods. Based on mathematical model of small fluxgate,fluxgate's parameters is carefully analyzed.Taking into account of engineering error,a new type of small fluxgate is designed.Finally, sensors are tested with weak magnetic apparatuses in temperature and environment. Result indicates that various performance for example,noise,linearityand sensitivity all meet or exceed its expectation parameters. In order to meet requirements of compass, we also used small fluxgates to produce a compass, the compass's test shows that compass has the advantage of high precision and can widely used in military and others areas.
